How to use: 

• Tear open the foil packet to find a top strip and a bottom strip.
• Dry the teeth. Place the whitening strips on the teeth placing the lower strip first followed by the upper strip.
• Leave the strips in place for 1 hour. After an hour remove the strips and brush your teeth.
• Repeat every day for 2 weeks for a brighter, whiter smile.
• Brush teeth twice daily.
• Warning: If contact with eyes occurs, rinse with water immediately. Do not use if you have ulcers, irritated/inflammed gums or after oral operations. Do not swallow the strip. If irritation occurs discontinue use.
