***Christmas Deliveries***
For orders placed between Christmnas and New Year, please allow for additional time to process and deliver your order.
To get your Home Delivery order before Christmas, place your order by 2pm on Monday 22 Dec 2025 (choose DHL in the checkout).
To get your Click and Collect order before Christmas, place your order by 2pm on Monday 22 Dec 2025.
When will my order be processed?
We process orders Monday to Friday (normal business days).
- Orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday are usually processed and dispatched the same working day.
- Orders received after 2pm Monday to Friday are usually processed and dispatched the next working day.
- Orders received after 2pm Friday up to 2pm Monday are usually processed and dispatched on Monday.
***Order processing may take longer during busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday/Cyber Monday and during sales.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery within the Republic of Ireland is usually 1–3 working days after dispatch. We deliver from Monday to Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Saturday deliveries are with An Post only, and to major towns and cities.
All delivery days are estimates, based on our current delivery success rates.
Deliveries may take longer during busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday/Cyber Monday and during sales.
How much does delivery cost?
We offer free delivery for all orders over €58 shipped with DHL (for a limited time) and An Post, within the Republic of Ireland.
All other orders are subject to the following delivery charges within the Republic of Ireland:
An Post €6.50 per order under €58
DHL €7.00 per order under €58
Who will deliver my order?
All orders will be delivered by An Post or DHL, depending on who you choose.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes, you can track your order online at An Post or DHL.
Do you deliver internationally?
Currently, we only ship to the Republic of Ireland.
I want to order items of a sensitive nature, can you ship them discreetly?
Yes, absolutely. All our orders are shipped in discreet packaging (items are packaged in plain padded envelopes or plain boxes), although our shipping labels may show our company name and address. If you have any special requests regarding discretion, please let us know as we are more than happy to help.
How will I know that my order is ready to be delivered?
We will send you a text message via An Post or DHL to let you know when your order is out for delivery, as long as you have provided your mobile phone number.
You can also track your delivery online at An Post or DHL.
What happens if I am not available when you try to deliver my order?
If you are not at home to accept the delivery you can contact the courier directly, either to re-arrange delivery or to collect your order yourself.
What should I do if I haven't received my order, or I have a problem?
