What is McCabes returns policy ?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and you wish to return an item, please let us know within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order that you wish to cancel the contract for this purchase by using our contact form.

Any returned goods must be in a re-saleable condition, unused / unworn, sealed, in its original packaging and have original labels attached. For health protection and hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on certain medical, personal care items and baby formula products, or any product with a hygiene seal that has been broken (unless you are returning them because they are damaged or faulty).

How do I return or exchange unwanted items ?

Please inform us of your intent to return the unwanted product or item so we can solve this matter quickly and efficiently. The following information is required when you contact us: (i) Your order reference number (ii) Your telephone and contact details. You can reach us by by using our contact form.

The cost of returning unwanted items is at your expense, and as we do not offer a collection service you should use your own carrier. We recommend that you use a carrier who can give you a “Proof of Posting”, as until the parcel is received by us at the above address, it will remain your responsibility.

Can I return an item to a McCabes Pharmacy store ?

No, unfortunately, items purchased online (including Click & Collect and home delivery orders) cannot be returned in-store.

All returns must be posted back to our warehouse, and the return must be arranged through our Customer Care team.

My item was a gift, so I don’t have the order number - what should I do ?
If you received an online product as a gift and you'd like to return or exchange it, please let us know in advance by using our contact form. We will do our best to help solve the issue quickly and efficiently.

How do I return a faulty item / order ?
If you think that a product you have purchased on www.mccabespharmacy.com is faulty, please contact us straight away before returning the item. You can contact us by using our contact form.

When will I receive my refund ?
Once you cancel your order within 14 days following the date of receipt delivery and we receive your returned item within 14 days of your notification of cancellation we are happy to provide a refund provided the products are unopened, unused and in the original packaging. Please allow up to 10 working days for refunds to show up on your account, from the date we receive your return. We will refund you by the same method the original payment was received (eg a Credit Card payment will be refunded back onto the same card).
