How to take 

• Pregnacare New Mum is an ideal postnatal supplement for the months following childbirth, to help safeguard the intake of nutrients following pregnancy.
• Can be taken whether or not you are breastfeeding. (Please note that Pregnacare Breast-feeding has also been developed for the specific breastfeeding period, and may be used instead of Pregnacare New Mum while breastfeeding.)
