Description
Valdrian Valerian Root is a traditional herbal medicinal product for the temporary relief of symptoms of mild anxiety and to aid sleep, based on traditional use only.
Directions
- For Oral Use
- Do not chew the capsules
- Adults and Elderly: take 1 capsule 3 times daily, swallowed with water
- At night take 1 capsule 30 minutes before bedtime, swallowed with water, with an additional dose earlier in the evening if necessary
- Maximum daily dose is 4 capsules
Warning
- Patients with a known hypersensitivity to valerian root, should not take Valdrian
- Valdrian may impair ability to drive and use machines
- The effect of Valdrian may be increased by alcohol, excessive use of alcohol should therefore be avoided
- The effects of this product may be increased but some medication, consult your doctor before taking Valdrian if you are also taking other medication which causes drowsiness
- If symptoms persist, or side effects not mentioned in the leaflet occur, tell your doctor or pharmacist

- UPS: €6.50 per order
- Orders received on Weekdays up to 2pm will usually be processed and dispatched on the same working day.
- Orders received after 2pm on weekdays will usually be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
- Orders received after 2pm Friday up to 12pm Sunday will usually be processed and dispatched on Sunday for delivery to you on Monday. For UPS this will be Monday for Tuesday delivery (or if it's a bank holiday, Tuesday for Wednesday delivery).
- We deliver from Monday - Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays. Saturday deliveries are only to major towns and cities).
