How to use:

Wash your hands and gently wipe dry. Soften a small amount of Multi-Mam Lanolin between your fingertips and apply onto the entire nipple area.
It may be helpful to gently knead the tube or warm in your hands before using. Use Multi-Mam Lanolin at least twice a day. For optimal protection apply Multi-Mam Lanolin after each breastfeeding. It is not necessary to remove prior to breastfeeding.
