Yes, absolutely. All our orders are shipped in discreet packaging (items are packaged in plain padded envelopes or plain boxes), although our shipping labels may show our company name and address.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and you wish to return an item, please let us know within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order that you wish to cancel the contract for this purchase either by email: [email protected] or by phone: +353 1 886 9564.
Any returned goods must be in a re-saleable condition, unused/unworn, in their original packaging and have original labels attached. For health protection and hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on certain medical or personal care items that have been opened or any product with a hygiene seal that has been broken (unless you are returning them because they are damaged or faulty).
Please inform us of your intent to return the unwanted product or item so we can solve this matter quickly and efficiently. The cost of returning unwanted items is at your expense and as we do not offer a collection service you should use your own carrier. We recommend that you use a carrier who can give you a “Proof of Posting”, as until the parcel is received by us at the above address, it will remain your responsibility.
You can return your order to any McCabes store for an exchange or refund. First please follow first steps above, and when you arrive in store just show our sales team your order confirmation email as proof of purchase. It is our policy to refund the original form of payment, so the store will not refund you.
We will refund to the credit card which was used as payment through our website using the secure online payment system - please allow a few working days for this to be completed.
