When will my order be processed?
We process orders during normal business days Monday-Friday.
Orders received on weekdays before 2pm GMT will usually be processed and dispatched on the same working day.
Orders received on weekdays after 2pm GMT will usually be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
Orders received after 2pm Friday up to Sunday will usually be processed and dispatched on Monday.
*Order processing may take longer during busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday/Cyber Monday and during sales.
*Orders containing medicines such as paracetamol, received after 11am on Sundays may not be processed until Monday.
Do you deliver internationally?
Currently, we only ship to the Republic of Ireland.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery for orders to the Republic of Ireland is usually 1-3 working days after dispatch. We deliver from Monday - Saturday* (excluding Bank Holidays).
*Saturday deliveries are with An Post only, and to major towns and cities.
*All delivery days are estimate, but are based on our current delivery success rates.
*Deliveries may take longer during busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday/Cyber Monday and during Sales.
How much does delivery cost?
We offer free delivery for all orders over €58 shipped with An Post, within the Republic of Ireland.
All other orders are subject to the following delivery charges within the Republic of Ireland:
- An Post €6.50 per order under €58
- UPS €7.00 per order
Who will deliver my order?
All orders will be delivered by An Post or UPS, depending on who you choose.
I want to order items of a sensitive nature, can you ship them discreetly?
Yes, absolutely. All our orders are shipped in discreet packaging (items are packaged in plain padded envelopes or plain boxes), although our shipping labels may show our company name and address. If you have any special requests re-discretion, please don't hesitate to let us know as we are more than happy to try and help.
What happens if I am not available when you try to deliver my order?
If you are not at home to accept the delivery you can contact the courier directly, either to re-arrange delivery or to collect your order yourself.
What should I do if I haven't received my order, or I have a problem?

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and you wish to return an item, please let us know within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order that you wish to cancel the contract for this purchase by contacting us.

Any returned goods must be in a re-saleable condition, unused/unworn, in their original packaging and have original labels attached. For health protection and hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on certain medical or personal care items that have been opened or any product with a hygiene seal that has been broken (unless you are returning them because they are damaged or faulty).
How do I return or exchange unwanted items ?

The cost of returning unwanted items is at your expense, and as we do not offer a collection service you should use your own carrier. We recommend that you use a carrier who can give you a “Proof of Posting”, as until the parcel is received by us at the above address, it will remain your responsibility.
Can I return an item to a McCabes Pharmacy store ?
No, unfortunately,items purchased online (including Click & Collect and home delivery orders) cannot be returned in-store.
All returns must be posted back to our warehouse, and the return must be arranged through our Customer Care team.

My item was a gift, so I don’t have the order number - what should I do ?
If you received an online product as a gift and you'd like to return or exchange it, please let us know in advance.

How do I return a faulty item / order ?
If you think that a product you have purchased on www.mccabespharmacy.com is faulty, please contact us straight away before returning the item.
When will I receive my refund ?
Once you cancel your order within 14 days following the date of receipt of delivery, and we receive your returned item within 14 days of your notification of cancellation we are happy to provide a refund provided the products are unopened, unused and in the original packaging.
Please allow up to 10 working days for refunds to show up on your account, from the date we receive your return. We will refund you by the same method the original payment was received (eg a Credit Card payment will be refunded back onto the same card).

The value of returns, exchanges or refunds is the value of the item at the time of purchase.

Yes, simply order online for Free ‘Click and Collect’ delivery to your chosen McCabes Pharmacy Store.

'Click and Collect' is currently available in the following McCabes Pharmacy Stores:

How do I get my order delivered to a store?
When you are placing your order, select StorePickup during checkout. Choose your preferred store from the drop down list and complete your order.
We'll process your order as soon as possible and it will be sent to the store using either our own drivers or our An Post courier service.

Normally all products on our website are held in stock, but on the rare occasion that an item is out of stock, we will contact you with the expected delivery time. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number.

What are the normal delivery times?
Delivery of a Click & Collect order can take 1-3 working days. We usually deliver from Monday - Friday 9am-5pm (excluding Bank Holidays).
How much does ‘Click and Collect’ cost?
Delivery to any available McCabes Pharmacy Store is FREE for all orders.
How will I know when my order is ready for collection?
We’ll phone you when your order is ready for collection. Then just bring an email print out of your order with you or show it to us on your phone, and you can collect your order when you are ready.
How do I return a Click & Collect order?
To return a Click & Collect order, contact our Customer Care team through our contact form.
You will need to post the item back to our warehouse at your own cost.
A refund will be issued within 7 working days once we receive the item.
What if I receive the wrong product?
If you receive the wrong item in your order, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible by using our contact form.
They will assist you with arranging the return and ensure the correct item is sent (if applicable) or a refund is processed.
Please do not use the incorrect item, and keep all original packaging where possible.
We’ll cover the return cost in cases where the error is on our side.
