  • When will my order be processed?

    Orders received on Weekdays up to 2pm GMT will be processed and dispatched on the same working day. Orders received after 2pm GMT on weekdays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day (this will be Monday for orders received after 2pm on Fridays, or Tuesday if it's a bank holiday). Normally all products on our website are held in stock, but on the rare occasion that an item is out of stock, we will contact you with the expected delivery time. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number.

    Orders received after 2pm Friday up to midnight Saturday will be dispatched by us, and sorted by An Post on Sunday.

    * A working day is Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

    ** Order processing may take longer during busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday/Cyber Monday and during Sales.We deliver from Monday - Saturday* (excluding Bank Holidays).

    *Saturday deliveries are only to major towns and cities.

  • Do you deliver internationally?
    We always try to accommodate every customer, so if you would like to purchase from us and live outside of Ireland please contact [email protected] with your location, desired product and quantity you require, and we will give you a quote for the expected shipping costs.
  • When will I receive my order?

    Delivery for orders to the Republic of Ireland is Next Working Day after dispatch.

    Delivery for orders to Northern Ireland is 1-2 Working Days after dispatch.

    Delivery for orders to the UK is 2 Working Days after dispatch.

    *All delivery days are estimate, but are based on our current delivery success rates.

    ** Deliveries may take longer during busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday/Cyber Monday and during Sales.

  • How much does delivery cost?

    We offer free delivery for all orders over €38 within the Republic of Ireland.

    All other orders are subject to the following delivery charges:

    • Republic of Ireland €4.75 per order
    • Northern Ireland €7.95 per order
    • United Kingdom €9.95 per order
  • Who will deliver my order?
    All orders will be delivered by An Post.
  • Can I track my delivery?
    Yes, you can track your order online at An Post .
  • I want to order items of a sensitive nature, can you ship them discreetly?

    Yes, absolutely. All our orders are shipped in discreet packaging (items are packaged in plain padded envelopes or plain boxes), although our shipping labels may show our company name and address.

  • How will I know that my order is ready to be delivered?
    We'll send you a text message via An Post to let you know when your order is out for delivery (as long as you have provided your mobile phone number).You can also track your delivery online at An Post .
  • What happens if I am not available when you try to deliver my order?
    If you are not at home to accept the delivery, we'll leave a card with the courier's contact details. You can then give them a call to re-arrange delivery or arrange to collect your order.
  • What should I do if I haven't received my order, or I have a problem ?

Returns
  • What is McCabes returns policy ?

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase and you wish to return an item, please let us know within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order that you wish to cancel the contract for this purchase either by email: [email protected] or by phone: +353 1 886 9564.

    Any returned goods must be in a re-saleable condition, unused/unworn, in their original packaging and have original labels attached. For health protection and hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on certain medical or personal care items that have been opened or any product with a hygiene seal that has been broken (unless you are returning them because they are damaged or faulty).

  • How do I return or exchange unwanted items ?

    Please inform us of your intent to return the unwanted product or item so we can solve this matter quickly and efficiently. The following information is required when you contact us: (i) Your order reference number (ii) Your telephone and contact details. You can reach us by email: [email protected] or by phone: +353 1 886 9564.

    The cost of returning unwanted items is at your expense and as we do not offer a collection service you should use your own carrier. We recommend that you use a carrier who can give you a “Proof of Posting”, as until the parcel is received by us at the above address, it will remain your responsibility.

  • Can I return an item to a McCabes Pharmacy store ?

    You can return your order to any McCabes store for an exchange or refund. First please follow first steps above, and when you arrive in store just show our sales team your order confirmation email as proof of purchase. It is our policy to refund the original form of payment, so the store will not refund you.

    We will refund to the credit card which was used as payment through our website using the secure online payment system - please allow a few working days for this to be completed.

  • My item was a gift, so I don’t have the order number - what should I do ?
    If you received an online product as a gift and you'd like to return or exchange it, please let us know in advance by email: [email protected] or phone +353 1 886 9564. We will do our best to help solve the issue quickly and efficiently.
  • How do I return a faulty item / order ?
    If you think that a product you have purchased on www.mccabespharmacy.com is faulty, please contact us straight away before returning the item. You can contact us by email to [email protected]com or call us: +353 1 886 9564.
  • When will I receive my refund ?
    Once you cancel your order within 14 days following the date of receipt delivery and we receive your returned item within 14 days of your notification of cancellation we are happy to provide a refund provided the products are unopened, unused and in the original packaging. Please allow up to 7 days for refunds to show up on your account, from the date we receive your return. We will refund you by the same method the original payment was received (eg a Credit Card payment will be refunded back onto the same card).

    'Click and Collect' is currently available in all McCabes Pharmacy Stores:

  • How do I get my order delivered to a store?

    When you are placing your order, select StorePickup during checkout. Choose your preferred store from the drop down list and complete your order.

    We'll process your order as soon as possible and it will be sent to the store using either our own drivers or our An Post courier service.

  • What are the normal delivery times?

    We usually deliver from Monday - Friday 9am-5pm (excluding Bank Holidays). Orders to a McCabes Pharmacy store will usually be delivered to your chosen store as per the below delivery schedule. * Deliveries may take longer during busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday/Cyber Monday and during Sales.   • How much does ‘Click and Collect’ cost?
    Delivery to any available McCabes Pharmacy Store is FREE for all orders.
  • How will I know when my order is ready for collection?
    We’ll phone you when your order is ready for collection. Then just bring an email print out of your order with you or show it to us on your phone, and you can collect your order when you are ready.
  • Can I return my purchase in-store?
    If you decide that your purchase is not suitable you may return it instore (our usual Returns Policy will apply). It is our policy to refund the original form of payment, so we will refund to the credit card which was used as payment through our website using the secure online payment system.
  • What if I receive the wrong product?
    If your item(s) are not what you ordered, you can exchange it in the store for the correct item, once the store has it in stock.
