The magnesium in the Westlab Recover salt assists and soothes tired, aching and overworked muscles. The essential oils are added for reviving body and mind and the arnica is added to soothe daily aches and pains. Uses:
- Westlab Recover is used to help relax muscles to assist recovery after exercise and for reviving mind and body.
Application:
- Add 2 – 3 handfuls of the Westlab Recover salt to warm water to create a fragrant, mineral-infused bath. Emerge feeling revived and ready to go.

Delivery Options/charges:
- An Post: €5.99 per order (Free Delivery on orders over €48)
- UPS: €6.50 per order
- Orders received on Weekdays up to 2pm will usually be processed and dispatched on the same working day.
- Orders received after 2pm on weekdays will usually be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
- Orders received after 2pm Friday up to 12pm Sunday will usually be processed and dispatched on Sunday for delivery to you on Monday. For UPS this will be Monday for Tuesday delivery (or if it's a bank holiday, Tuesday for Wednesday delivery).
- We deliver from Monday - Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays. Saturday deliveries are only to major towns and cities).
