How to use?
- Chew two gummies per day with your main meal before and during pregnancy.
- Do not exceed the recommended intake.

- As with other food supplements, consult your doctor or pharmacist before using if you are under medical supervision, have epilepsy, a thyroid condition, haemochromatosis, suffer from food allergies, or are allergic to any of the ingredients.
- As Pregnacare contains vitamin K, if you are taking anticoagulants (blood thinners) do not take Pregnacare except on the advice of a doctor.
- This product contains Iron, which if taken in excess, may be harmful to very young children.

Delivery Options/charges:
- An Post: €5.99 per order (Free Delivery on orders over €48)
- UPS: €6.50 per order
- Orders received on Weekdays up to 2pm will usually be processed and dispatched on the same working day.
- Orders received after 2pm on weekdays will usually be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
- Orders received after 2pm Friday up to 12pm Sunday will usually be processed and dispatched on Sunday for delivery to you on Monday. For UPS this will be Monday for Tuesday delivery (or if it's a bank holiday, Tuesday for Wednesday delivery).
- We deliver from Monday - Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays. Saturday deliveries are only to major towns and cities).
