How to Use:

1. Wash your hands before and after inserting a tampon.
2. Unwrap the tampon and gently insert it using the SmoothTouch applicator, following the instructions provided inside the pack.
3. Remove the applicator after insertion and dispose of it appropriately.
4. Change your tampon every 4–8 hours, or more frequently if needed.
