How to Use:
- Remove the cap and insert the nozzle into one nostril.
- Press the pump while gently inhaling through the nose.
- Repeat in the other nostril.
- Use 1 spray in each nostril, 2–3 times daily.
- Do not exceed 3 doses in 24 hours.
- Do not use for more than 5 consecutive days without medical advice.
