How to Use:
For daily nasal hygiene and moisturising:
- Keep the head upright
- Gently insert the nozzle into one nostril
- Spray once or twice into each nostril
- Allow excess solution to drain before gently blowing the nose
For deeper cleansing of the nasal passages:
- Tilt the head to one side
- Insert the nozzle into the upper nostril
- Administer a prolonged spray
- Allow excess solution to flow out before blowing the nose
General Directions:
- Prime the spray before first use by briefly pressing the nozzle
- Clean the nozzle with hot water after each use and dry thoroughly
- Use 2 to 6 times daily, or as often as needed
