How to Use:

Open foil packet to find whitening strips. Use the longer for the top teeth and shorter for the bottom teeth.

Dry your teeth. Apply strips to your teeth for up to 60 minutes. Avoid eating or drinking.

Once 60 minutes have elapsed, remove and brush teeth as normal.
