Souvenaid is a ready to drink, oral nutritional supplement containing the active ingredient Fortasyn Connect. Fortasyn Connect is a unique combination of nutrients at levels that are very difficult to achieve from diet alone including DHA and EPA, Uridine Monophosphate, Choline.
These nutrients play a role in the management of early Alzheimer’s disease. Only to be used as a supplement to the normal diet, not suitable as a sole source of nutrition. To be used on the recommendation of your healthcare professional.
Suitable for
Souvenaid is indicated for those with early Alzheimer’s disease (AD) including prodromal AD/ mild cognitive impairment (MCI) due to AD and mild AD. Kosher approval and Halal certification.
Warnings and cautions
Must be used under medical supervision. Only to be used as a supplement to the normal diet, not suitable as a sole source of nutrition. Not suitable for patients with galactosaemia.
How to use
Recommended intake 1 bottle (125ml) once a day, in addition to normal food. Souvenaid is best served chilled. Shake well before opening.
