How to Use

1. Roll the ear plug between clean fingers to compress it into a narrow cylinder
   
2. Gently insert into the ear canal while pulling the outer ear upwards and backwards
   
3. Hold in place for a few seconds while the foam expands to create a secure fit
   
4. Remove slowly by gently twisting the ear plug out of the ear
   
5. Replace when worn, damaged, or no longer hygienic
