The tape is designed to move with your skin and muscles as you heal, thus maintaining flexibility of human skin and muscles.
PharmaCare Kinesiology Tape may help to lessen pain, reduce inflammation, improve circulation and support and strengthen the affected muscles. Kinesiology Tape is used by athletes all over the world and can be used in over 1,200 recognised applications. The adhesive is hypoallergenic and is generally wearable for 24 to 48 hours.

Delivery Options/charges:
- An Post: €5.99 per order (Free Delivery on orders over €48)
- UPS: €6.50 per order
- Orders received on Weekdays up to 2pm will usually be processed and dispatched on the same working day.
- Orders received after 2pm on weekdays will usually be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
- Orders received after 2pm Friday up to 12pm Sunday will usually be processed and dispatched on Sunday for delivery to you on Monday. For UPS this will be Monday for Tuesday delivery (or if it's a bank holiday, Tuesday for Wednesday delivery).
- We deliver from Monday - Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays. Saturday deliveries are only to major towns and cities).
