How to Use:

1. Take approximately 45cm of floss and wind most of it around the middle finger of one hand, with the remainder around the corresponding finger of the other hand.
2. Gently guide the floss between your teeth using a back-and-forth motion.
3. Curve the floss around each tooth and carefully move it below the gumline.
4. Use a clean section of floss for each tooth.
