Description
Cow & Gate nutriprem 2 post discharge formula is a food for special medical purposes, for the dietary management of bottlefed premature and low birthweight babies once they have been discharged from the hospital. Cow & Gate nutriprem 2 has been specially formulated to meet the increased nutritional requirements of premature and low birthweight babies when they are discharged from hospital. It can be used for babies until 6 months corrected age. It contains higher levels of important nutrients like protein, energy, calcium and phosphorus than standard formulas to help their catch-up growth. Cow & Gate nutriprem 2 is suitable as the sole source of nutrition for premature and low birthweight babies.

Directions
- Boil 1 litre of freshly run water.
- Leave kettle to cool for 30 minutes and no longer.
- Do not use artificially softened or repeatedly boiled water.
- Measure the required amount of water (refer to feeding guide) into a sterilised bottle.
- Do not add powder to boiling water due to risk of scalding.
- Use the scoop provided and level off the powder with the built in leveller. Do not press/heap the powder.
- Add one scoop to every 30ml (1 fl oz.) of boiled cooled water. Adding too many or too few scoops can be harmful.
- Cap the bottle and shake well (for 10 seconds) to dissolve the powder. Remove cap and replace with a sterilised teat.
- Cool under running tap.
- Check temperature of feed.
- Feed immediately.
- Make up each feed as required.
- For hygiene reasons, do not store made up feeds and always discard unfinished feeds within 1 hour.

- UPS: €6.50 per order
- Orders received on Weekdays up to 2pm will usually be processed and dispatched on the same working day.
- Orders received after 2pm on weekdays will usually be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
- Orders received after 2pm Friday up to 12pm Sunday will usually be processed and dispatched on Sunday for delivery to you on Monday. For UPS this will be Monday for Tuesday delivery (or if it's a bank holiday, Tuesday for Wednesday delivery).
- We deliver from Monday - Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays. Saturday deliveries are only to major towns and cities).
