What does this product contain?
- Arnica montana tincture 0.9% v/w. Other ingredients are Purified water, Ceteryl monostearate Magrogol stearate, Apricot kernel oil, Theoabroma oil, Glycerol, Polawax GP200(Cetearyl Alcohol, PEG - 20 stearate), Cetostearyl alcohol, Cetyl palmitate, Glyceryl monocaprylate, Methyl parahydroxybenzoate, Propyl parahydroxybenzoate

Delivery Options/charges:
- An Post: €5.99 per order (Free Delivery on orders over €48)
- UPS: €6.50 per order
- Orders received on Weekdays up to 2pm will usually be processed and dispatched on the same working day.
- Orders received after 2pm on weekdays will usually be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
- Orders received after 2pm Friday up to 12pm Sunday will usually be processed and dispatched on Sunday for delivery to you on Monday. For UPS this will be Monday for Tuesday delivery (or if it's a bank holiday, Tuesday for Wednesday delivery).
- We deliver from Monday - Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays. Saturday deliveries are only to major towns and cities).
