Description
Nelsons Arnicare cream is a traditional herbal product formulated with arnica known to help with bruising. The formulation is based on a long standing use as a traditional herbal remedy.

How To Use
- Before first use, ensure seal has not been broken
- Pierce seal with the point on top of the cap
- Adults, children and the elderly: Apply to the affected bruised area 4 times as day
- For external use
Active Ingredients
- 1g cream contains 9.0mg tincture of Arnica whole plant (Arnica montana L.) (1:10), equivalent to 0.9 mg Arnica whole plant. Extraction solvent: Ethanol 57% v/v

Delivery Options/charges:
- An Post: €5.99 per order (Free Delivery on orders over €48)
- UPS: €6.50 per order
- Orders received on Weekdays up to 2pm will usually be processed and dispatched on the same working day.
- Orders received after 2pm on weekdays will usually be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
- Orders received after 2pm Friday up to 12pm Sunday will usually be processed and dispatched on Sunday for delivery to you on Monday. For UPS this will be Monday for Tuesday delivery (or if it's a bank holiday, Tuesday for Wednesday delivery).
- We deliver from Monday - Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays. Saturday deliveries are only to major towns and cities).
