How to Use:
- Connect your blood pressure monitor's existing air connector to the cuff air tube.
- Insert the air plug securely into the monitor's air jack.
- Wrap the cuff around your left upper arm, ensuring a snug but comfortable fit.
- Position the bottom edge of the cuff approximately 2–3cm above the elbow, with the air tube centred along the inside of the arm.
- Secure the fastening firmly before taking your measurement.
