Deep Freeze Muscle Rescue Cold Spray works like ice delivering an instant burst of targeted cooling relief for minor aches in muscles and joints. Can be used with medicines. Can be used after exercise.

How to Use:
Shake well, hold can 15cm from the skin and spray onto the desired area in 2-3 short bursts. Use as required. Always try on a small area first. Do not freeze or refrigerate.

Delivery Options/charges:
- An Post: €5.99 per order (Free Delivery on orders over €48)
- UPS: €6.50 per order
- Orders received on Weekdays up to 2pm will usually be processed and dispatched on the same working day.
- Orders received after 2pm on weekdays will usually be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
- Orders received after 2pm Friday up to 12pm Sunday will usually be processed and dispatched on Sunday for delivery to you on Monday. For UPS this will be Monday for Tuesday delivery (or if it's a bank holiday, Tuesday for Wednesday delivery).
- We deliver from Monday - Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays. Saturday deliveries are only to major towns and cities).
