Carnation heel grips are easy to use and discreet grips that you can apply to your shoes to reduces the chances of your foot slipping in your shoe and developing friction. The slim design also helps to ensure your feet are more comfortable even when you have shoes on.

How to use
- Before using this product ensure the heel of the shoe you are placing the heel grip in is clean.
- Remove the heel grip from the backing paper and apply to the shoe.
- For optimum results leave the shoe overnight so the adhesive can develop and become stronger.

Delivery Options/charges:
- An Post: €5.99 per order (Free Delivery on orders over €48)
- UPS: €6.50 per order
- Orders received on Weekdays up to 2pm will usually be processed and dispatched on the same working day.
- Orders received after 2pm on weekdays will usually be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
- Orders received after 2pm Friday up to 12pm Sunday will usually be processed and dispatched on Sunday for delivery to you on Monday. For UPS this will be Monday for Tuesday delivery (or if it's a bank holiday, Tuesday for Wednesday delivery).
- We deliver from Monday - Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays. Saturday deliveries are only to major towns and cities).
