How to Use:

1. Exfoliate 24 hours before application and ensure skin is clean, dry and free from moisturisers or oils.
2. Apply the foam to a tanning mitt.
3. Using long, sweeping motions, blend evenly over the body, overlapping areas as you go.
4. Use any remaining product on the mitt to lightly blend over hands, feet, elbows, knees and face.
5. Leave on for:
   • 1 hour for a light glow
   • 2 hours for a medium bronze
   • 3 hours for a deeper tan
