Milk thistle complex is a traditional herbal liver tonic used to strengthen, support, cleanse and protect the liver. Liver impairment can produce liver and gall bladder complaints and digestive disturbances. It is now well established that liver herbs such as the ones in Milk thistle complex can play an important role in restoring physiological function in these conditions

Directions
- Adults: 1 tablet twice daily Maintenance: 1 tablet daily.
- Children: This product is not recommended for children.
Ingredients
- Contains the tinctures of fresh Cynara scolymus* (Artichoke) leaves 46%, Silybum marianum (Milk Thistle) dried fruit 32%, fresh Taraxacum officinalis* (Dandelion) herb and root 12%, Peumus boldus (Boldo) dried leaf 7% and fresh Mentha piperita* (Peppermint) leaves 3%.
- Alcohol content: 62% v/v
- Organically grown.

Delivery Options/charges:
- An Post: €4.75 per order (Free Delivery on orders over €43)
- UPS: €6.50 per order
- Orders received on Weekdays up to 2pm will usually be processed and dispatched on the same working day.
- Orders received after 2pm on weekdays will usually be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
- Orders received after 2pm Friday up to midnight Saturday will usually be dispatched by us, and sorted by An Post on Sunday, for Monday delivery.
- We deliver from Monday - Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays. Saturday deliveries are only to major towns and cities).
