McCabes Pharmacy is proud to announce our exclusive sponsorship of Athletics Ireland’s community fitness programme, now known as the McCabes Pharmacy Fit for Life Programme.

Whether you're walking or running, these fun and friendly group sessions — led by trained leaders in local athletics clubs — are designed to help you build endurance at your own pace, with expert advice and plenty of encouragement along the way.

It’s all part of our mission to support Better Health for every body —with monthly McCabes Pharmacy Fit For Life Roadshows taking place across various locations in Ireland.

As part of the rollout, participants will benefit from practical healthcare support, including BMI and blood pressure checks, delivered through local club activations taking place nationwide.
In addition, monthly McCabes Pharmacy Fit for Life Roadshows will take place in selected regions, offering expert-led health and fitness guidance, digital resources, and advice on recovery, prevention, and holistic wellness.
