Do you deliver internationally?
We always try to accommodate every customer, so if you would like to purchase from us and live outside of Ireland please contact [email protected] with your location, desired product and quantity you require, and we will give you a quote for the expected shipping costs.

All international orders are subject to the following delivery charges per first 1kg outside the Republic of Ireland: Aditional charges will need to be applied per additional weight. A Customer support team member will contact you if your order is over 1kg to apply additional charges.
When will my order be processed?
We process orders during normal business days Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays), and Sundays.
Orders received on weekdays before 2pm GMT will usually be processed and dispatched on the same working day.
Orders received on weekdays after 2pm GMT will usually be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
*Orders received after 2pm Friday up to midnight Saturday will usually be dispatched by us, and sorted by An Post on Sunday and UPS on Monday (or Tuesday if it's a bank holiday).
*Order processing may take longer during busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday/Cyber Monday and during sales.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery for orders to the Republic of Ireland is usually 1-2 Working Days after dispatch if you choose UPS, and usually 1-3 days if you choose An Post.
We deliver from Monday* - Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays).
*Saturday deliveries are with An Post only, and to major towns and cities.
*All delivery days are estimate, but are based on our current delivery success rates.

Who will deliver my order? All orders will be delivered by An Post or UPS, depending on who you choose.
Can I track my delivery? Yes, you can track your order online at An Post or UPS.
I want to order items of a sensitive nature, can you ship them discreetly? Yes, absolutely. All our orders are shipped in discreet packaging (items are packaged in plain padded envelopes or plain boxes), although our shipping labels may show our company name and address. How will I know that my order is ready to be delivered? We'll send you a text message via An Post or UPS to let you know when your order is out for delivery (as long as you have provided your mobile phone number). You can also track your delivery online at An Post or UPS.
What happens if I am not available when you try to deliver my order? If you are not at home to accept the delivery you can contact the courier directly, either to re-arrange delivery or to collect your order yourself.
