When will my order be processed?
Orders received on Weekdays up to 2pm GMT will be processed and dispatched on the same working day. Orders received after 2pm GMT on weekdays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day (this will be Monday for orders received after 2pm on Fridays, or Tuesday if it's a bank holiday). Normally all products on our website are held in stock, but on the rare occasion that an item is out of stock, we will contact you with the expected delivery time. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number.
* A working day is Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
** Order processing may take longer during busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday/Cyber Monday and during Sales.
We deliver from Monday - Saturday* (excluding Bank Holidays).
*Saturday deliveries are only to major towns and cities.
Do you deliver internationally?
We always try to accommodate every customer, so if you would like to purchase from us and live outside of Ireland please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your location, desired product and quantity you require, and we will give you a quote for the expected shipping costs.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery for orders to the Republic of Ireland is Next Working Day after dispatch.
Delivery for orders to Northern Ireland is 1-2 Working Days after dispatch.
Delivery for orders to the UK is 2 Working Days after dispatch.
*All delivery days are estimate, but are based on our current delivery success rates.
** Deliveries may take longer during busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday/Cyber Monday and during Sales.
How much does delivery cost?
We offer free delivery for all orders over €38 within Republic of Ireland.
All other orders are subject to the following delivery charges:

Can I track my delivery?

I want to order items of a sensitive nature, can you ship them discreetly?
Yes, absolutely. All our orders are shipped in discreet packaging (items are packaged in plain padded envelopes or plan boxes), although our shipping labels may show our company name and address. If you have any special requests re-discretion - please don't hesitate to let us know as we are more than happy to try and help (email: email@example.com, phone: +353 1 886 5964).
How will I know that my order is ready to be delivered?
We'll send you a text message to let you know when your order is out for delivery (as long as you have provided your mobile phone number).
You can also track your delivery online at An Post .
What happens if I am not available when you try to deliver my order?
If you are not at home to accept the delivery, we'll leave a card with the courier's contact details. You can then give them a call to re-arrange delivery or arrange to collect your order.
