How to use:
- Adults and children 12+: 10-15ml (2-3 teaspoons)
Ingredients:
Ingredients: Glucose Syrup, Black Elderberry Juice (Sambucus nigra), Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid), Natural Flavour: Raspberry (Rubus idaeus), Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid, Preservative: Potassium Sorbate, Zinc Gluconate, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Copper Sulphate, Betacarotene, Folic Acid, Sodium Selenite, Vitamin D (Cholecalciferol).
Cautions:
- Not suitable for children under 12 years. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Do not take on an empty stomach. If pregnant, breastfeeding or under medical supervision, please seek medical advice before taking.
- Store below 25°C in a dry place out of direct sunlight and out of sight and reach of children.

Delivery Options/charges:
- An Post: €5.99 per order (Free Delivery on orders over €48)
- UPS: €6.50 per order
- Orders received on Weekdays up to 2pm will usually be processed and dispatched on the same working day.
- Orders received after 2pm on weekdays will usually be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
- Orders received after 2pm Friday up to 12pm Sunday will usually be processed and dispatched on Sunday for delivery to you on Monday. For UPS this will be Monday for Tuesday delivery (or if it's a bank holiday, Tuesday for Wednesday delivery).
- We deliver from Monday - Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays. Saturday deliveries are only to major towns and cities).
