The Tough Stuff Body Scrub is a no-nonsense scrub for rough areas of the body – perfect for the feet, ankles, knees, elbows and hands. This amazing exfoliating scrub is brilliant to prepare the skin for tanning, removing stubborn old tan and of course, leave your skin silky smooth.

How To Use
- Use long sweeping strokes backwards and forwards with the product on your skin. The faster you sweep, the deeper the exfoliation.
- Rinse it off when you have finished scrubbing. The scrub can be used 2-4 times per week.
- OnDRYskin:iIt is nice and runny so that you can use it on dry skin if you want. The benefit of using it on dry skin is that you will get a deeper exfoliation.
- OnWETskin: The benefit of using it in the shower is that it is a little more gentle on your skin than used when dry. This means it can be used more frequently.

Delivery Options/charges:
- An Post: €5.99 per order (Free Delivery on orders over €48)
- UPS: €6.50 per order
- Orders received on Weekdays up to 2pm will usually be processed and dispatched on the same working day.
- Orders received after 2pm on weekdays will usually be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
- Orders received after 2pm Friday up to 12pm Sunday will usually be processed and dispatched on Sunday for delivery to you on Monday. For UPS this will be Monday for Tuesday delivery (or if it's a bank holiday, Tuesday for Wednesday delivery).
- We deliver from Monday - Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays. Saturday deliveries are only to major towns and cities).
