How do the disclosing tablets work? 

Crush one tablet between your teeth and swish it around your mouth for 30 seconds. Spit it out and rinse with water, do not swallow. The coloured stains will indicate where any remaining plaque is so you can brush again for areas you’ve missed!

How often should I use them? 

Use once a week to help children identify the areas where plaque is not being cleaned away. As their brushing improves, the tablets can be used less frequently.
