Natures Aid® Energy Effervescent tablets combines B vitamins and Vitamin C with Guarana, Ginseng & Caffeine. To take simply disolve the effervescent tablet in a glass of water.
Each Energy Effervescent contains;
- Vitamins B1, B2, Niacin and B5 all contribute to normal energy production.
- Niacin, Folate, B5, B6 & B12 all help to reduce tiredness and fatigue.
- Vitamin B5 also contributes to normal mental performance.
- Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exercise and also contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
These Energy Effervescents, therefore, provide a great tasting, easy to use comprehensive support for people on the go.

- Citric acid, Sodium hydrogen carbonate, Inulin, Sorbitol, Potassium carbonate, Natural Flavouring: Grapefruit/Lemon, Sucralose.
Allergy Information:
- Vegetarian and Vegan.
- No artificial colours or flavours.
- FREE FROM: GM, dairy, lactose, gluten, wheat, yeast, nuts, salt, soya.
Dosage Instruction:
- Take 1 tablet daily, dissolved in a glass of water. Do not exceed recommended intake.
Age Restriction:
- Not suitable for children due to caffeine content.

- An Post: €4.75 per order (Free Delivery on orders over €38)
- UPS: €6.50 per order
- Orders received on Weekdays up to 2pm will usually be processed and dispatched on the same working day.
- Orders received after 2pm on weekdays will usually be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
- Orders received after 2pm Friday up to midnight Saturday will usually be dispatched by us, and sorted by An Post on Sunday, for Monday delivery.
- We deliver from Monday - Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays. Saturday deliveries are only to major towns and cities).
