Ovelle White Soft Paraffin is also known as white petroleum jelly, works as a moisturiser by providing a layer of oil on the surface of the skin to prevent water evaporating from the skin surface. 

When applied to the skin, it leaves a layer of oil on the surface of the skin that prevents water evaporating from the skin surface. It is a very greasy moisturizer. It is also water repellent and helps protect the skin from irritants. It is an emollient, sometimes known as skin lubricant. Benefits of being on this product can include restoring the skin's smoothness, softness, and flexibility by helping the skin retain its moisture.
