Description
Natures Aid Magnesium Citrate 750mg capsules provide 119mg elemental magnesium, combined with vitamin B6. Magnesium and B6 both contribute to a normal energy yielding metabolism and the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Magnesium is a widely beneficial mineral, which also contributes to;
- A reduction of tiredness and fatigue
- Electrolyte balance
- Normal muscle fucntion
- Normal protein synthesis
- Normal psychological function
- Maintenance of normal bones and teeth
Dosage:
- Take 1-3 capsules per day with food. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
Age Restrictions:
- Suitable for all ages but it is advised to reduce dosage according to age and weight

- Vegetarian and Vegan. No artificial colours or flavours.
- FREE FROM: GM, corn, dairy, lactose, gluten, wheat, yeast, nuts, salt, soya, starch and sugar.

- Orders received on Weekdays up to 2pm will usually be processed and dispatched on the same working day.
- Orders received after 2pm on weekdays will usually be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
- Orders received after 2pm Friday up to midnight Saturday will usually be dispatched by us, and sorted by An Post on Sunday, for Monday delivery.
- We deliver from Monday - Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays. Saturday deliveries are only to major towns and cities).
