How to Apply:

Unpeel the required amount of Mueller Kinesiology Tape, and apply to the affected area.
- The tape should be applied to the skin in patterns to mimic your muscles.
How to Remove:
- Note: Do not remove Mueller Kinesiology Tape in the shower because heat can make the tape harder to remove.
- Gently remove tape in the direction of hair growth.
- You can use Mueller Tape and Tuffner remover for easy adhesive removal.
- Applying baby oil will help dissolve the adhesive for easy removal.

Delivery Options/charges:
- An Post: €4.75 per order (Free Delivery on orders over €43)
- UPS: €6.50 per order
- Orders received on Weekdays up to 2pm will usually be processed and dispatched on the same working day.
- Orders received after 2pm on weekdays will usually be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
- Orders received after 2pm Friday up to midnight Saturday will usually be dispatched by us, and sorted by An Post on Sunday, for Monday delivery.
